Satellite System For Radio Observation

PURPOSE OF THE SYSTEM - radio observation (radio monitoring) and periodic control of air loading in different frequency bands, detection and analysis of new radiofrequency radiations, estimation (measurement) of their main characteristics, logging and classification of the signals from certain radio-frequency sources (RFS), determination of their location.
The system can be used in the interests of security, economical activity and scientific research.

COMPOSITION OF THE SYSTEM:
- orbital constellation of radio observation satellites;
- ground control complex;
- ground data reception and processing complex.

COMPOSITION OF THE SATELLITE:
- payload - on-board receiving-recording equipment;
- platform that provides required operation of the payload.

- swath widthnot less 600 km
RFS localization accuracy : 
- one satellite~100 km

PROPOSALS ON COOPERATION:
Ukraine develops the satellite (it is possible to use components of the Customer), provides assembly and test of the first satellite as well as establishes ground control complex and ground data reception and processing complex at the territory of the Customer.
Ukraine ensures deployment of the system in demo mode (with one prototype satellite).
The Customer ensures serial production of the satellites, launch and deployment of orbital constellation, control of satellites and system's exploitation.скачать dle 12.0
